2018 WAS A HUGE SUCCESS
AND WE WISH TO THANK ALL OUR SUPPORTERS!

Without the funding and participation of our dedicated Sponsors, Volunteers and Fans we would not be able to accomplish our mission or provide this wonderful spring entertainment!

Cave Creek Rodeo Days is gearing up for the 42nd annual PRCA pro rodeo event! We have been PRCA sanctioned since 1977 featuring all events (bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, team roping, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, barrel racing and bull riding). Our rodeo event begins the week before our PRCA performances with a Parade, Mutton Bustin and Rodeo Kick-off Dance. This is followed by an annual golf tournament currently being held at Tatau Ranch Golf Course the Monday before the first PRCA performance. This this year our Fans enjoyed new grandstands complements of the Town of Cave Creek and its dedication to keeping the western lifestyle and its history alive.

Our rodeo offers three performances each year. Two are evening performances with our gates opening at 5:00 PM so the Fans can come out grab a bite of food and shop our vendor area. We have some fantastic vendors from all over the west. The PRCA competition begins promptly at 7:30 PM on both Friday and Saturday evening. Post Rodeo we always have an event in the Town of Cave Creek. This year we had David Lee Murphy on stage at Harrold’s Corral and on Saturday the Official Rodeo Dance was held at the same venue with multiple bands. Sunday Fans enjoy our afternoon performance with the gates opening at 12:00 PM giving Fans one last chance to shop those vendors and get that special item not found in the store. The PRCA performance begins at 2:00 PM.

Our mission not only includes raising funds to assist with the maintenance, repair and enhancement of the Cave Creek Memorial and continue the traditions created by our western heritage, it also supports scholarship avenues, exposure of our heritage to youth and continues the tradition of giving back to local community and worthy state charitable causes through the wonderful exciting PRCA sport of professional rodeo.
